PLACING AN ORDER

Payment terms are net 7 days from the date of Ready Blends’ invoice, where such invoicing is applicable. Ready Blends shall have the right, in addition to all other rights and remedies, to assess a late payment charge of one and one-half percent (1½%) (or the maximum allowed by law) per month on the outstanding balance. In addition, Buyer shall be responsible for any and all fees and expenses incurred by Ready Blends in collecting any payments due hereunder, including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and collection costs. If any check tendered by Buyer in payment is dishonoured upon presentment for payment, then Ready Blends, in addition to all other rights and remedies contained herein, may assess a dishonour charge of Fifty Dollars ($50.00)

The Buyer guarantees that the information submitted when using Ready Blends’ Services, including without limitation, its payment details, shall be complete, correct, truthful, and up to date. The Buyer must inform Ready Blends immediately about any inaccuracies in the offer provided, including the price. Our banking services and payment gateways manage all of our banking transactions. We don’t store any credit card numbers. Your payment is handled by the payment gateways with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to them and cannot be read or accessed by anyone.

OUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL/REJECT ORDERS

We reserve the right to decline any order you place with us. We may, in our exclusive discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
