Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase from our Ready Blends.

We offer a 14-day return policy to our customers on applicable products. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

RETURNS

NOTE ON SMOOTHIE RETURNS: Due to their perishable nature, we do not offer any returns on our smoothies or any other food products. For health, safety and hygiene reasons smoothies cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns. Should you have an issue with your smoothie order, please get in touch with us at info@readyblends.com.au.

To be eligible for a return on all other eligible items, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE) NEED TO MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

  • Delivered item is defective, wrong, or faulty
  • All items must be complete (where an item consists of multiple parts), undamaged and in saleable condition
  • New items must be factory sealed and unopened
  • Returns must be sent through registered mail
  • All items must be in their original packaging and well packed for shipping
  • Order number must be included with the return
  • Any item that does not meet the conditions above will not be refunded or exchanged

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe and undamaged arrival of the returned item(s). Refunds will be paid out after the arrival of the returned item(s).

We may honour change-of-mind returns for select items at our discretion. Please contact us at info@readyblends.com.au to check if your item is eligible.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

REFUNDS

Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australia Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (the CGA). If you consider that any Products sent to you are damaged, or defective or fail to comply with any guarantees in the CGA, you can notify us, and we will examine the received digital or physical evidence of the defective product(s) and will notify you of the outcome via email within 14 days. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund.

For applicable items, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days which will be communicated to you via your registered email (within a month).

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to make changes or cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, please contact us at info@readyblends.com.au. It is required for that the contact us within 12 hours of order placement with requests for change or cancellation.

Once the smoothies are packaged and ready for shipping or have been shipped, you are not eligible to make changes or cancel your order.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only exchange items if the wrong item(s) have been shipped, are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at info@readyblends.com.au with details of the product and the defect.

GIFTS

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental/water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
